On the south face of the Taunus mountains you can relax in the Bad Soden healing baths, with sprawling parks, and many different sources of medicinal healing waters, such as the champagne springs in Wilhelmspark, the milk or warm springs at the Franzensbader square, or the new bubbling springs at the old Kurpark. Hochheim, the wine and champagne town, is home toone of the largest vinter's associations of the Rheingau, where the winemakers offer their wares directly on the street, and where in November, the 500 year old Hochheimer market is held, the largest harvest market in the region. Every Taunus visitor should see the Hochheimer old town.

Hattersheim and Eschborn are extremely well-situated, with two Autobahn connections, a harbor and docks for passenger ships on the Main River shipping lanes, and a fast route to the Rhein-Main airport. Last but not least, the location of these towns has made them an important industrial headquarters.

Eschborn is the home of more than 80 high-tech companies. These concerns emphasize consulting and training as well as business.
